Please note that the music used for creating the CD/DVD should either be in the public domain, composed by you, or properly authorised for production. If not, you may submit an alternative performance of the same duration that meets these requirements.
The submitting party must hold all rights, copyrights, or appropriate permissions for any music, audio, and performances included on the submitted master. By placing an order with us, you confirm and warrant that you possess all necessary authorisations to reproduce and manufacture the content on CD/DVD, and assume full responsibility for any copyright clearance or licensing requirements.
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders with the same address may be shipped in the same parcel. The awards will be dispatched within one month after the order is placed. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. Kindly check your junk mail folder just in case. Please ensure that you have filled in the correct and most recent address. There will be a re-delivery charge if the address is filled with mistakes or the delivery is missed/returned.
Please kindly note that the price for your order does not include customs duties, taxes, or any other import fees that may be levied by your local customs authorities. All such additional charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility to settle directly with local authorities upon arrival. Physical items are dispatched by our partner in Hong Kong.
